Hi, I’m Haylee. While I care deeply about building meaningful work, I believe connection starts with knowing the person behind the work. I was born and raised in Columbus, NE. Growing up there gave me the sense of community that has shaped who I am today, and what I value. Outside of work, I love all things fashion, and love a great thrift shop! I am a huge foodie + love to cook. Faith is the foundation of my life, and my family means everything to me.

In May of 2024, I graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising and Public Relations, along with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I’ve always felt called to create things of my own. As a freshman in college, I began freelancing in social media management, helping local businesses design and create content.

I have now worked in social media for six years, and throughout that time one thing has remained the same: my passion for creatively connecting with others.

To me, ‘creatively connecting’ means building relationships and communicating in ways that go beyond basic conversation. It’s using imagination, emotion, and thoughtful creativity to make people feel seen, understood, and inspired. Behind every brand is a story, and behind every audience is a person looking to feel real connection.

My goal is to transform ideas into intentional story telling and create content that doesn’t just exist online or in real life, but truly resonates with people, builds trust, sparks conversation, and turns audiences into communities. Because, when creativity is centered on connection, businesses don’t just grow, they become remembered.
